Refunds & Payment Collection
We take your investment seriously, and we’d appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously too.
All sales are subject to each Product’s specific cancellation and refund policy, as stated herein:
You have 60 days after date of purchase to request a full refund. After 60 days, your request for a refund is no longer valid.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request prior to 11:59pm PST (US Pacific Standard Time) on the 60th day following your purchase.
No refunds will be provided more than 60 days following the date of purchase.
If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the 60th day prior to 11:59pm PST (US Pacific Standard Time) following your purchase, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
Please note the payment plans are NOT a “subscription” but are monthly instalments of the full enrolment fee. We offer this to make our courses more affordable for students.
To request a refund, please contact our team at suppport@elizabethgould.com and we’ll issue you a FULL refund if you are within the products refund policy.

Non-Refundable Products:
With live coaching products, it is not possible to offer a refund. These products will be listed in this section if applicable.

Entire Agreement
